Troubleshooting

Game does not appear after adding it

Check:

1. The selected workspace is correct.
2. The Universe ID or game link is valid.
3. The backend is reachable.
4. The game list refreshed after saving.

Icon Automation says permission is missing

Icon Automation needs Roblox legacy-universe:manage to apply icons and names. Use the authorization link shown in the module prompt and confirm the requested resource matches the game.

A job did not run

Check:

1. The job uses On a schedule. Jobs set to Only when I run it run only when you press Run.
2. The job is not paused.
3. The first run time and the repeat are correct.
4. The Only run between window, if set, includes the run time. Outside it the job is skipped.
5. The last error and retry information in the job list.

Docker deployment cannot reach docs

Check:

1. DOCS_DOMAIN is set to docs.rocontrol.duckdns.org.
2. The docs service is running.
3. Caddy has the docs route.
4. DNS points the subdomain to the server.
5. Ports 80 and 443 are reachable from the internet.
