Modules
Modules are turned on per game. This keeps each game focused on the workflows it actually uses.
Live Config lets you change game values live, such as
lucky block drops and chances, shop prices or event switches, with no game
update. It is built on Roblox’s native experience configs: Roblox stores the
values and delivers them to every server, and RoControl is the visual editor
and publisher. You edit categories on a canvas, publish, and your game reads
the values with the LiveConfig ModuleScript.
Module summary
| Module | Main user | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Live Config | Game designer, liveops operator | Changing game values live: drop chances, prices, settings |
| Event Automation | Liveops operator | Publishing Roblox experience events on a schedule |
| Icon Automation | Marketing, liveops operator | Countdown icons and localized Roblox names |
| Jobs | Liveops operator, engineer | Calling webhooks manually or on a schedule |
Module switches
Event Automation and Icon Automation each have an On/Off switch on the game page and in their own page header. Live Config and Jobs have no module switch: they are always available. Each job is paused or resumed on its own.
Recommended adoption
- Start with Event Automation if the game runs recurring Roblox experience events.
- Add Icon Automation when events need scheduled visual updates.
- Add Jobs when an external service needs to be called on demand or on a schedule.
- Use Live Config when the team wants to tune game values without a game update.
